OK but the fit may be an issue...
I have the Anker extended battery and have been using cheap cases for a little extra drop protection (since the phone weighs about twice as much with the extended battery). Unfortunately the screen didn't survive a recent fall, so after repairs, I decided to go a little more upscale for a case that might give a little more protection. I think this case does that, but it falls short (no pun intended) in a few respects.1) The fit. The case is a very tight fit when you are trying to squeeze it around the phone. I am a little concerned that this will stress the screen. It takes some serious muscle and coercion to get it on.2) The fit, part 2. Once the case is on, it will not center on the screen. One side shows more of the white bezel that surrounds the screen than the other, and won't be shimmied or shifted. The holes for the charger and the mike are just off - not enough to impede function, but enough to bother me when I am looking at it. No biggie, but annoying.3) The finish. The honeycomb gives a nice visual, but it also really soaks up the dirt. On white case that's really going to stand out.All that having been said, I feel that once the case is on, there is built in squishiness and slack that I am guessing will afford a little more protection than the other TPU cases I've tried.Bottom line - I may have to go with one of the ugly Laza cases. Too bad - I like the looks of this one.

Good feel, bad fit
I bought this cae for my phone, which is now running off off hyperion's extended battery kit. Frankly, I hate it. The honeycomb design, touch, feel, appearance and everything is great. I love the case for everything, except for one little important detail: it doesnt fit well. If I wanted to use the case as a flimsy paperwieght with some attribtues as an eye candy, id keep it. However, I need a case that can doubley function as a protector for my phone. This specific case was difficult to put on. I had to put a great amount of effort to fit it in. When I succeeded covering all 4 corners of my phone, I was only left with dissapointment after learning that the micro usb wouldnt fit, the microphone was covered, and the headphone jack didnt fit right. Am I asking too much for wanting a tpu case with some precision cutouts? I found myself mangling the case around to charge my phone a d tinkering with the headohone jack because the case didnt left the jack plug in all the way. I would not recommend this case. Hyperion makes a nice battery though. They should just stick to that.

Not Recommended and here's why...
First of all - the Hyperion Extended battery for the Samsung Galaxy S3 is great, well worth the ~$20 price tag. What is also good is the hard plastic back that comes with this ext. battery. However, I still needed protection for the screen and phone edges in case of a drop. From the pictures of this case, I was concerned about the bad look of the honeycomb texture, and was hoping that the feel of the material would outweigh the look. Here's why I don't like this case:1) the Honeycomb texture looks worse in person than it does in these pics posted on Amazon. Maybe snake lovers would appreciate it - but I don't. It takes the sleek look of the S3 and makes it look 'cheesy'2) the material the case is made of feels like a cheap plastic toy from a $.99 store, and is fairly slick. The positive is that the material is thin.3) Like other reviewers have noted, the microphone hole cutouts on the case, don't line up correctly - and there is fear that the case will cover these holes4) The case is difficult to put on, and perhaps a bit too small - the effect is that the case doesn't have a nice clean appearance when looking at the phone's screen/face.My hope is that Mercury (who sells a nice S3 regular case on Amazon) will come out with an extended battery version.

Totally worth it. Get one and spend less time charging your phone.
This battery was the best accessory I have ever bought for my galaxy. I tether my internet a lot, and I get a lot out of my phone by doing so with this super battery. Yes it does add weight and bulk to your phone, but I rather that then charge it constantly. The best part of it all is that they offer the best customer care you could ask for. I had a little issue with mine about one year of heavy use of this battery and they were happy to take care of my issue with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!Get this and go thru days without charging your phone. With decent usage I was able to get three days out of it without charging.

Not a Good case
The case gets dirty very very quickly and the dirt sticks to the case quite easily. Tough to clean. (I have the white case). Also, it does not fit properly over the phone. I have to take a knife and cut open a little bit more the hole where the charger goes in. The case was blocking the charger from going in completely. However, provides excellent grip and feels confortable to hold.Overall, not satisfied with the case becasue it gets dirty quickly. I hope they will reduce the price so that we can keep changing the case every few weeks. However the extra battery is pretty good.

Mediocre
Hyperion is a great company when it comes to purchasing generics. I don't believe they make the best phone cases, however, but definitely a decent deal for the price range.I am not happy about how loosely the battery is held inside the back of this case - there is no holster or anything for it so it feels a bit awkward when doing the battery switches if you are a heavy user of your GS3. I do NOT recommend buying the color white, because if you wear any type of black pants, you will get horrible clothing dye marks on this phone case (made of shitty material - plain and simple) - but it definitely feels great to the touch, and the Honeycomb design is a bit unique, which I like.If you don't enjoy having a fat phone to carry an extra battery around with you without having to put it in your pocket by itself, etc - this is a good buy.Every now and then I will take the case off to use the GS3 on its own, because the case/battery really ruins the look of the phone - it feels over 9,000 times better to use it without the case, naked - of course while being naked. Not the most amazing buy, but definitely worth it if you are money-concious and like having a phone that never dies w/ that extra handy battery around.
