Mookie Swingball Replacement Ball and Tether

Only when I got the new one did I realise how shabby the old one was. More satisfying to hit now. 😊

Im experimenting with practise tennis balls,a Strong needle,and Very strong fishing line,havnt recieved needle yet,initial test with weaker fishing line,still holding up,I will leave rest to you,and Save money.!

Does what is needed

Learned the hard way last Summer that if you leave a swingball classic set out in all weathers the ball will turn black and biodegrade.This is an exact same replacement that has the set up and running again. So simple to fit my kids can do it; now I'm training them to actually put it away after play (not so easy). 4 stars, purely as I paid about half the cost of the original set (bought on offer) and as I think the ball could have a shell to cover it when not in use......but then you wouldn't need to buy a replacement.In summary, game play restored, trip to dump avoided.

Fast delivery under Amazon Prime. The item was Well packaged. A bit over the top for the type of item. Good value for money compared to Ebay and other suppliers. Great quality and not a copy or cheaper version. Easy to fit to swing ball stand. It is doing the job it's designed to do but it does worry me that the ball will go the same way as the last swing ball and fly off into a neighbours garden. My son hits the ball very hard at 7 and the last one literally came off the end of the strin. I would advice not leaving the swing ball out in the rain as this may have led to the ball and it's hole weakening. It's cheaper to buy a replacement ball than a whole new swing ball so I recommend this swing ball item.

You know that moment when everyone is having fun in the garden, maybe you're even halfway through a swingball tournament, when the unthinkable happens. Someone hits the swingball but it doesn't swing - it flies. That is when you need a new ball and tether. This has happened to us twice. The replacement arrived in good time and fits perfectly. (We have the portable all-surface version of Mookie swingball). Now we are ready to get back to the swingball championship. Well, as soon as it stops raining we will be.

My original swing ball is over 15 years old !!! The fun we have had over the years playing this game is brilliant. My daughter's are quite grown up now. So when I was tidying the shed up recently I found the swing ball game and ordered a replacement ball. Well........... I am so glad that I did as the fun just came flooding back !!!!!!! This has to be the best game ever. My daughter's are so much stronger now so the games are so much more fast and aggressive ha ha. At this rate it won't be long before I will be ordering another replacement ball !!!!!Could not recommend this game enough. Every home should have one.
