Best CREATINE-FREE pre-workout out there
All time favorite pre-workout WITHOUT creatine to really make sure you are not bulking when doing cardio-related sports like swimming and running. If you need the extra push to get through the exercise or even have a problem starting one, this will provide the extra energy and keep you shedding sweat as you go.

Basic Preworkout, Far to fizzy
Taste is one of the better ones on the market the only downsides to this supplement are you cannot drink it fast due to it being fizzy. Also as it's fizzy you cannot shake it as it will explode in your face. This being said as a pre workout it does the job nothing spectacular but a steady product. Good for people new to the gym.

great stuff at a really great price
At first when I opened it the smell was really weird, but once you put it in water it get's normal and smells like what you would expect from a green apple drink. I'm not too much into good tasting supplements as it's a supplement not a normal drink, but the flavor is pretty good and accurate, not too sweet. In terms of performance, really really good, I think the mental boost parts is done way better than C4, and compared to that the price is amazing.
