Q: Some with 4000d corsair case buy this card? this gpu can enter with no problem?

Just built a pc with 4000d and 4070ti and I had no clearance issues. It worked great!

Q: Will running this gpu with a 750watt psu of the older generation (2.0 atx) cause any issues ?

I have a power meter attached my computer with this card and the AMD 5600X cpu. If I remember correctly, the wattage never above 400 watts. Not even when I was play the game Control at highest quality settings with a resolution of 1440p. So, yeah, I think a good 750W power supply will work. Note that I have good 850W power supply. So, this means that I can easily upgrade my CPU so something more power hungry and still be able to run this card.

Q: Whats the difference between this and the pny one? is it worth extra $50?

Not a whole lot, except the brand and this has a slight overclock. If you're on a tight budget, go for the pny, it'll perform almost identically. Personally I do like Gigabyte products though as they've been very reliable for me.
