Used this to cover a USB cord on my wall. I got the 8 foot in thin width. Perfect. When I paint I know it's barely going to show. Also purchased this cover in black as well because I recently bought a black vanity. The very visible electric cords are white. It was very unsightly & looked messy so I bought the cover. Believe me, I wasn't expecting a 100% improvement in how it looked but, WOW, it covered the cord perfectly & blends in with the piece of furniture. You can't even tell there are cords running across the base of the mirror to the outlets. The cover looks like a piece of the mirror base. It's really well-made, heavy duty, with a nice finish, easy to trim to size with a regular scissor. NOTE: Don't panic when you go to place the cord inside but can't. Just pull the side easily & it will open up, it's like it's partially sealed shut (but VERY easy to access). FYI - Point of reference: I bought the cover in black, in a 4 foot length & size thin to cover a ROUND electric cord on a blow dryer. These cords are thicker then the flat electric cords & It fit perfectly.

Great product to hold an electrical cord where there was no outlet. Looks nice and it has stayed in place now for months.

Looks good, great color, but adhesive only lasted a couple of months on our tile flooring. This is my second purchase and I'm hoping a more thorough floor cleaning will keep the adhesive in place. If not, it is better for lower traffic areas. My husband is in a wheelchair and drives over it several times a day.

Great but the sticky last long for my couch cord

Sticky side stays put. We use this in a high traffic area and the speaker wires are shielded. Exactly what I wanted.

Because this product is packaged in a coil, when unrolled the rubber’s coil memory causes it to curl up on the wall. The double sided stick tape that is supposed to hold it to the wall is not strong enough to over come the coil memory and thus it does not stay in the wall. Well designed product but poorly packaged… Do not buy.

This works exactly as I hoped it would. My only problem is that I have to pull it up to move furniture around. Is there any way to buy just the strips of double sided adhesive?
