Good Lead
It’s a high quality lead that would be the perfect size for a Syrian hamster. The only downfall with it is my hamster will not let me put it on her! The only time I have ever managed to get it on her she hated it so much she pushed it off her head with her arms because it didn’t get tight enough. The fact my hamster doesn’t like the lead is obviously no fault on the product hence the four stars as it’s an ideal lead, the lack of a star was down to it being loose enough for my hamster to push it off her head.Overall I’m disappointed the item didn’t work for me, especially for the price (currently £12.45) and personally would not recommend it.

Not the best
Don’t waste your money... just too hard to put on and they still can escape

However subsequent uses she has stayed content longer and has enjoyed walking around the house investigating
Our hamster actually quite likes this. Felt mean her only getting out in a ball or a scamper round the bath. Kiwi struggled the first time and we didn't keep her in it long in case she wriggled out of it which she probably could so quickly scooped her up. However subsequent uses she has stayed content longer and has enjoyed walking around the house investigating.

not for hamsters
the hamster just kept stepping out of it. Not much use really maybe for bigger animal

Not safe at all
Too small for my intrepid, chunky girl. The neck strap does not have its own quick-release buckle, so your hamster could get strangled if they caught it on something. Terrible design - it's a shame as there clearly are hamsters who want to be able to explore beyond one room or playpen.

One Star
a complete a waste of money

Horrific
Hamsters are prey animals and forcing them to be out in the open with no way of hiding when scared is unethical.
