Useless
Been giving this product a go but it's not what it's advertised to be! When I first used it (fully charged) it only charged my Samsung S5 twice before it ran out if battery. I've had to recharge it at least 4 times in a week! Baring in mind that I've only used it to charge my phone about 5 times. Defies the whole point of a por table charger. I'm hoping I just received a faulty one and can get this replaced ASAP. Otherwise I definitely won't be recommending this to anyone and expect a full refund.

Not stated capacity.
States on the back of mine that it's 30000mah but I have measured it as appropriately 12000mah, also it does not charge at 2.1A it's .45 shall be returning.

Insufficient charge!
At first I got really excited because the online post said that the battery is 26800mah but the box itself as well as the battery both say 30000mah.. so I was feeling great about having 3000+ mah of charge than I bought.. however, after having it fully charged.. the battery only charged my Samsung galaxy s8 about 3 times and a bit...Which is sad, because it should be able to charge it at least 8-10 times.. given the fact that a Samsung galaxy s8 holds 3000mah of battery per charge..My friend has an external power bank of 26000mah and he has had 3 phones charging at once, ( iPhone 6's plus) and it didn't lose a single dot of battery..I feel like I've been robbed and I want a proper battery.. or my money back asap!

Does as it says on the tin, over half the price of equivalant capacity brand-name chargers
Been using this for a couple of years now, it's seen me through more than a few festivals and holidays to places without regular access to power. The last Glastonbury we went to I charged my phone every day for the fully week plus some extra charges of friends phone's simoultaniously. I haven't used accurate / calibrated equipment to measure it's capacity, but I get about 7 full charges of my Samsung S8 out of it, Samsung says the S8 has a 3,000mAh battery so my rough maths says this charger is really about 21,000mAh. Plus it charges my S8 to full in about half an hour and the S8 reports it's "Fast-Charging", so the 2 x 2.1A USB ports must be giving out a true 2.1A (can't speak to the 1A port, never use it).Overall I'm extremely happy I purchased this, unless you'll be in the wilderness away from reliable electricity for more than a couple of weeks at a time this charger will see you right.

Worth every penny!
I've got 2 of these now. They're really brilliant. It charges my phone ( Samsung Galaxy S5 ) in about 2 hours and about 6-7 times. I'm on the go all the time so for someone like me it's essential. I've been in situations when I didn't have time to charge my phone so I always keep one fully charged with me all the time just incase you need it. I can highly recommend it, good quality. Would buy again from this seller!

Excellent external batter.
Feels like a brick but does the job well. No need to worry about recharging my smartphone or other devices. I've had this for some time and it's still working as well as it did when I first bought it.

Heavy but is very powerful, charges up well, 2 iPads charged to 100% from 8-10% and still going strong!

Batteries degrade too quickly
Initially, the power bank was fine, able to charge multiple devices, multiple times.Having used this product sparsely for a year, I have found the batteries inside have degraded to the extent a fully charged power bank will not even charge an iPhone 6S to full capacity.With this in mind, I cannot recommend this product.
