I was very pleased working with this company.The first rebuilt computer arrived with a small issue where the WiFi would drop unexpectedly. The company didn’t try to pull any shenanigans at all. They worked with me to try and diagnose the problem. When those efforts failed, they sent a replacement computer right away. Everyone I talked to were eager to solve my problem and get me going again. I’d say their great customer service has earned a strong recommendation from me.In life everyone faces problems, it’s what we do when it’s our responsibility that defines our character. This company showed good character. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

This was a great purchase. Delivery was better than advertised. The computer looked like new; even smelled like new. It was easy to set up and get going. It is quick to boot up, runs quite and is very fast. Just like they advertised. Tech support is a real joy. They are quick to respond and have answered my questions the same day. I was missing the HDMI adapter and the got it to me by over night delivery...this day and age that is hard to beat. This organization is a real pleasure to business with.
