Actually worked!!!!!
My vitamin D levels were at 25, after taking this supplement for few weeks, I noticed that I actually started to feel better. Mood, energy, etc. after doing labs months later, my vitamin D levels were at 75. I live in a rainy state where we dont see much sun from October to May. So if you are consistent, it will work. No other vit D supplements worked for me.

I have been using Metabolic Maintenance products since 1999. I take their Vitamin D-3 supplement to maintain my Vitamin D blood serum at a certain level. It works well. It is excipient free. The product was delivered within 24-hours.

High quality, no excipient supplement for vitality and health
Living in the Northeast, winters bring less overall daylight and with it, less of the full-spectrum light to shine on the skin to kickstart natural vitamin D production in the body (not to mention less comfortable weather for extensive skin exposure to sunlight). Due to this, I often feel a "fall" during fall and winter, as I am not able to produce optimal amounts of this nutrient from such means. As a result, during these winter months I will supplement with vitamin D, and Metabolic Maintenance is one of my go-to brands, as I know I am getting quality, and just as important: no excipients. It is so annoying to scan through ingredients and constantly see "stearates" or whatever other fillers/flow agents, so it is always nice to see them carry a variant. Cuts down on shopping time, and I can rest assured I am getting what I ordered.
