A good herbal tea mix!
A nice selection of Herbal teas to help you specifically unwind. A good price and quality. The overall taste and aroma of these various teas are pleasant as well. I leave them covered for 10 mins to get maximum flavour and drink before bed with a few biscuits!

Lovely teabags, no bad ones
These are my favourite tea bags, The variety is really good in this box because having the same flavoured tea can be very boring. I love that there are 2 different sleep ones. I also ordered through here instead of my local shop as it was much cheaper. And for 20 tea bags its a good price. My favourite one is sweet dreams, its a nice fruity tea and I love to have it on the evening while watching the telly.

Taste a lot better than other brands
Good selection and nice aroma. I prefer the taste of some over others but that’s personal choice. I think they do potentially help with sleep quality which I was a bit sceptical of before trying them. Nice to have options without caffeine.

I like some flavours better than others, which is not surprising. But I think the mixed pack is a great way to try new flavours, it beats ending up with a whole box of something you're not keen on.

Lovely tea <3
This tea brand never lets me down, flavours are just perfect and really help to calm me down. For how much you get I’d say you get a good value for your money here. I usually have these before bed and whenever I’m stressed and I have to say they do help quite well

Twinings Wind Down Collection Tea Selections
Decided to buy this after trying a mixed selection given to me by a family member (that included the sleep teabags - different formulation). I have only tried the calm, unwind, and also the sleep teabags (which worked like a dream, slept for four hours straight, which is a rare thing) and have yet to try the Sweet Dreams. The smell and taste of the Sleep teabags are something to get used to (I prefer the other Sleep teabag), but overall they have helped me relax and calm down each time I had a drink. I also think it'd make a great gift for family and friends who have difficulty sleeping and/or relaxing.
