We love everything about this product and their outstanding customer service. Mia did an A+ job!Update; the cameras fall off their suction cup mounts with any bump in the road. They freeze at random. We tried everything to unfreeze them. Their engineers said they could not recreate the issue. While they are fairly simple to work and they have a clear picture......falling to the dash nonstop and freezing is unacceptable, when I have someone threatening my life. I was told by customer support to take it to an auto parts store to see if they can fix it. Customer support tried to help, but said noone else had a complaint of this. Really? This can't be an isolated problem. We own 3 of them and they all have the same issue. Returning tomorrow.

Camera was good, 4k quality, easy to set up. But after a few days, it was saying "memory card reader error" and would immediately turn off and wouldn't record or let me go to the settings. I pulled the memory card, formatted it on my computer and in the camera, and then it seemed to work again. Another few days and I get the same error. I guess the loop recording doesn't work probably and once the memory card fills up it can't read it anymore? Anyways, I exchanged the camera with a new one and the same problem happened. Gonna return and buy a different brand.

This camera did what I needed it to do. I’m a route driver and I just needed a cam to log my workday in case of an accident. Nothing fancy. It did that fine, no complaint about pic quality.However, there are two things that really bug me. First, the SD card that comes with it is garbage. Didn’t last a week. It froze up and that was it. I couldn’t access the menu to format either, it just locked up. So, if you decided on this one simply because it comes with an SD card, keep looking. It’ll have To be replaced anyway.Secondly, and worst of all, it will not stay on the mount. So aggravating!! It simply slides on the window mount, and slides off just as easily. Makes me wonder if it would stay mounted in case of an accident, which is what I intended to use it for. The window mount itself is one of the best I’ve ever seen, but the camera won’t stay on that part.So, if you don’t mind sliding it back onto the mount every 5-10 miles, is a good camera.

For anyone out there who owns the exact dash cam as I do, I had a freeze recording issue so often only way to make it work again was to reformat the memory card again and again, i grew tired and frustrated until I had it replaced for another dash cam by Amazon. Still I kept on having the same problem up until I used another brand new memory card, that was the whole problem with this issue, since then it's been working flawlessly without a glitch. The original free memory card that comes with it is corrupted that's what makes the dash cam to freeze not to work

This camera is very easy to use and sets up quickly right out of the box. So far, the picture quality is great and the suction quality of the camera holder to the window appears to be quite sufficient. My truck has cigarette power outlets that are powered all of the time, and IZEEKER is sending me a hardwire kit free of charge as outlined in their product information and again with my communication with them. So presently I disconnect the camera from power by removing the plug from the outlet until I receive the hardwire kit and can connect the camera to an appropriate connection controlled by the ignition switch. Izeeker has been very swift to respond to my questions and in such a way as to be clear and understood. Yes, I would recommend this dashcam to my friends.

This is NOT a good Dash Cam. Regardless of what brand, type, or class of SD card I put into it, it constantly has to "restart" because the "SD card is too slow". SD cards that work prefect in DSLR 4K video cameras will not work in this camera. My recommendation is to spend your money elsewhere!

Both of my cars have a dash camera and this one is inferior in quality. The big issue is that I have to format the memory card weekly because there is no auto-format option in the camera menu. The 32GB memory card is full within 3 days. The seller should include a better memory card. The video recorded is a little bit darker than the surrounding. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS CAMERA.

Well, first of all, if you're expecting actual 4k quality video footage from this thing, you might as well just stick with your old flip phone camera. I mean, sure, it claims to be 4k, but let's be real here, it's more like 2k at best.And don't even get me started on the build quality. I swear, it feels like I could break this thing with just one good squeeze. And the mounting mechanism? Forget about it.Now, in fairness, I will say that it does actually record video, which is more than I can say for some of the other dash cams I've tried. But really, is that all we're looking for in a dash cam these days? Just a little bit of video? Come on, people, let's aim a little higher.All in all, if you're looking for a mediocre dash cam that will do the bare minimum, then go ahead and give this one a try. But if you're actually serious about capturing high-quality video footage of your driving adventures, then I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
