It would be nice if the seller would post a wiring diagram. How do I wire this? No instructions in the package!

There are pictures from other sellers on Amazon that show which wire is which and plenty of vids on YouTube to help.

Are there matching plugs for the sockets that are included? Part number or detailed description please.

Had to rearrange the wires on mine to connect to a Sabvoton controller. Kind of a pain but there are plenty of YouTube vids that can help, along with the pictures on Amazon from the seller.
