I'm not gonna lie, I was actually shaking a little while juicing today and it wasn't because it required "muscle" so to speak as I have none. It was just taking more energy than I had overall and I only had coffee so far for the day. I think this is a solid machine. It does need to be heavier on the base as you do have to stabalize it a bit. Over all though it is still a 5 because I've been through many and hated them all, especially for the price. I just returned the 229$ breville stainless steel and this was better in my opinion. It had a plastic top cone and grinder so would break eventually. It left a boat load of pulp and other than looking good it was a no go for me. This not only looks cool, very industrial like but it worked great on all the fruits. The lime was the only one that I could still squeeze a few drops out of. My blood oranges had nothing left and the grapefruit as well. Cleaning was a breeze. I had to dirty 3 collection cups and still made leaks hear and there with transferring.Overall, 5 stars and great price. I love it!

Today I received my juice press; I expected a med size box. To my surprise the box was big and heavy; with excitement I opened the box to see the press. This press is very heavy duty and sturdy, definitely worth more than I paid for. Easy to use as well as easy clean up. I would highly recommend this juice press to my friends and family. Great gift to anyone that is looking for a more natural juice.

This is easy to ease and clean up is breeze! It’s a bit heavy, but not unmanageable. The one I received was used… had dried citrus juice on it.. no booklet or care instructions were included. The box was damaged.. the top arm does not stay in the up position and I’m not sure if that is a defect or design. All in in.. it’s a good product.

I have a lemon, orange, and mandarin orange tree where the fruit ripens all around the same time. I used to squeeze them with a hand press, but that only made my hand sore. I tried an electric juicer, but that was not only messy but it also ripped off the bitter inside of the peel. With this stand juicer, I can control the level of pressure on the fruit so that it doesn't squeeze too hard and get the bitter inner rind juiced. It's sturdy and easy to use, simple to clean.

Used it for the first time today to juice some lemons. wonderful, easy operation. I love it.Very easy to clean and is very sturdy. I recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Poor casting - chunks of cast iron on the base, not a big deal but definitely not high quality. 2 minutes of grinding would have fixed this.Poor machining - the holes that are drilled in the metal post are not lined up. You can see in the video where the top cone comes down on the bottom cone is not centered. It straightens up a bit as it clamps down on the fruit and squeezes lemons well. I unscrewed the top cone 1 turn to give it more pressure against the fruit.I tried moving each piece to align it but there are holes drilled in the post so positions are set.No Allen wrenches provided to tighten the various screws and one of the screw/inset retainer/plastic washer sets was laying in the bottom of the bag.Incredibly stiff operation - I had to oil the post and all 4 hinge points to get the thing to operate. I used high quality machine oil because veg oil, wd+40, etc, etc will just get gumny over time.Squeeze cone assembly is not adjustable (up/down) so you have to find a cup that fits perfectly underneath and between the legs.The cone portions that squeeze the fruit appear to be good quality stainless steel and come off easy enough for a good cleaning.Can't wait to try it with oranges but I got it mainly for lemons. I highly doubt you could get a grapefruit in this... Maybe small ones.It works well despite the few flaws. I'd say it was worth the $33 prime day special but not the regular price of $60.How long this thing lasts remains to be seen, so I'll update my review should any issues arise.Oh - it's a bit bulky so be sure you have space to store it.
