Tastes excellent, and the energy is a great substitute for coffee or tea in the morning. If you love and want to add cherry flavor to anything, this is awesome. I use about a 4 second squeeze into 32 OZ of water, and drink over an hour or two. From that, the energy keeps me going throughout the day, sometimes even into the night. I drink this every few days to avoid building up too much caffeine in my system over a long period of time.

Tasty and good energy. I used it to cut down or replace coffee. I began drinking 2 gallons of artificially sweetened water per day. I believe this much artificial sweetener caused mild acid reflux symptoms. In moderate to low doses of the artificial sweeteners I believe the reflux symptoms would have been even lower.

Nice flavor, and a worthwhile addition if your tap water tastes nasty or high in minerals, or even if it's just boring and you'd like a little something extra. And if you use it with a home soda machine, you get a nice fruit flavored soda without all the sugar and caffeine. Good stuff!

Not a flavor i enjoy in plain watter. But I love this as a flavor enhancer in cranberry juice cocktail. It adds a hint of cherry flavor and a welcome sweetness increase. The cranberry juice provides the tartness and the more satisfying real sugar experience. Poored over a glass of crushed ice this way is near perfection.
