Good, but only if you're willing and able to put in some effort.
This costume was obviously designed by someone who's never seen a dog but has been told they are AT-AT shaped...As received the costume is hollow and made of very flexible foam backed fabric, the width and leg size on a large is right for a medium sized greyhound or lurcher (my lurcher is about 25kg for reference), but the body being hollow drops down over the dogs body and drops off his back. The head piece isn't a bad size except for the elastic which is way too long to have any effect on keeping it in place and the body strap is huge! The sizing seems to be based on a round bodied breed rather than a long dog (which the costume suits) as shown in the listing. I wish I'd taken a picture as received, but unfortunately it wouldn't stay on long enough to pick up my phone, literally! In order to get to the state that I did photograph I had to do the following-:Stiffen the guns on the headset as they were folded back. I did this by gluing wire behind them.Shorten the headpiece elastic by over half it's length.Cut two cardboard profiles of the body and stiffen them.Make a spacer of the same width as the costume and glue it between the two profiles.Make a foam 'saddle' of the same width to hold it comfortably on the dog's back and glue this in too.Fit the home made cardboard AT-AT body inside the costume.Shorten the chest strap by almost half it's length. If you're good with a needle and thread, or a glue gun (my weapon of choice), you can get a worthwhile result from this product and it's an inexpensive way to get the right look without any drawing or painting, on the other hand, if you have the skill to modify the costume (and plenty of time and patience) you could probably make a better version from scratch, but it would take a lot longer and by the time you've bought paint etc you won't save that much money either.
