Not durable enough
I used this about 3 times on my semi automatic 12 gauge shotgun. I shot Slug shells frequently so my barrel gets pretty dirty so I need a sturdy reliable cleaning rod. This one isn't it, I broke the adapter and the threats got stick in it. Not much use. Not satisfied. It would work fine for cleaning if you just use it for birdshot as the barrel does get as dirty but not for what I need it to do.
