Comfort the others don't have
I've been wearing these for a couple of weeks now and have to say I am impressed. The fit is great and they do provide comfort on my aging knees. I've used the cheaper models for years and they never seem to work very well. As these are pretty expensive I was concerned on how well they worked. I can say that they work very well and I wear them all the time except when I'm sleeping. If you have a lot of knee pain these will help you make it through the day. Of course being 30 again would be nice too!

Very disappointed
The size recommendations were way off. I am female so I ordered the size based on dress size. The thigh area rolls down and the calf area is too large! The only thing that worked were the meniscus rings. They really warm your knees.

Well made
I gave this a three rating because it didn't work well for me. It is well constructed but seems to put pressure points on my bad knee that make it intolerable for me to wear. I have a torn ACL in the knee I used it on and perhaps that is the reason it wasn't comfortable for me to wear it.
