I recently received the Cavdle Electric Composter and couldn't wait to start using it. I have to say, it has been an incredible and cost-effective addition to my household. Firstly, the composter has greatly reduced food waste and the number of times I have to take out the trash. Most of my food scraps can be placed in the machine without any odors. Secondly, my family and I enjoy gardening! Before purchasing this machine, we had to buy chemical fertilizers regularly, and I was a bit concerned about their safety. I love the unique low-temperature fermentation mode of this machine because it can produce real organic fertilizer. In the past, I have tried other composting methods, but they took too long and attracted insects. Overall, I highly recommend this machine. It is easy to use, effective, and environmentally friendly. With the Cavdle Electric Composter, I can reduce my carbon footprint, produce organic fertilizer for my plants, and save money on buying chemical fertilizers.

I was use to having composting pickup where we use to live and now we don't. I wanted to continue to invest in the environment, and hated throwing compostible things in the garbage. I thought this would be a great solution since we can't have an outdoor composting. I have a sensitive nose so had my concerns about having it indoors, but with the filter thought I would give it a shot. Well, I had multiple issues. Depending what I put into it, it either wreaked or just smelled like something bad brewing. Regardless it's smelled. No way I could have it in the house. I put it in our laundry room, closed the door and only ran it at night on short mode so it would air out by morning. I mainly got it so I could repurpose coffee grounds & filters, eggs shells, and fruits and veggie peels. Well, there was an issue with the coffee filters getting stuck or not breaking down. If I put anything with moisture in it, it would sweat and stink. Sometimes I would find that it shut off. I would unplug it, swirl things around inside to make sure it wasn't clogged, take out what ever I thought was a problem, let it sit and try it again the next night. Some times that worked other times it didn't. Finally it just didn't work anymore. Very disappointing. I would not recommend. Too pricey to risk.

In about 4 hours — this machine turned old garlic cloves, a whole head of garlic, paper towels, tissue paper, left over kitchen scraps, left overs that went bad (no meat though), coffee grounds with filter—into this super light and fluffy pre-compost! There is no smell if you wait a couple days to fill up the pot because of the charcoal filter and sealed lid. The sound—pretty quite. I mean you can hear it,but it kinda sounds like this light hum. In the beginning, when it first starts churning it’s a little louder but not too bad. The end result has a kind of earthy smokey smell, but it didn’t smell like garlic at all (there was a lot garlic I threw in there). Now I will say that on the first use it had a kind of new appliance smell-but my air fryer did too on the first use. But after that not much smell at all. There will be a lot of steam that I thought was smoke, so I stopped it really quick and put some water in it. Im pretty sure it was steam though. The only thing—and I’m going to have to call them is I can’t get that filter off. I also don’t see a replacement filter on their website—that’s the only reason why I’m not giving them full marks. That is a customer irritant. I am so pleased with the results and can’t wait to mix that into some soil. No more waiting for trash day to throw out spoiled food!

I have been composting at home since I recently moved, and while I like doing it, it can get smelly and gross on the way. I started investigating electric composters, and I read lots of reviews on different ones, and what things would come out like and why I didn’t really need one. So when I purchased this, I fully expected that I might need to return it and was going to be disappointed. I put my first batch in and waited, and then literally had dirt when I was done! I can’t believe I haven’t been doing this in the past; it is the best device I have ever purchased. I would recommend one for everyone. It is not huge, easy to operate and easily fits all of my daily scraps from my family of 4. Worth every penny and I actually love using it!

This thing completes my kitchen and it'snot noisy. We eat a lot of produce and I juice a lot, so there is a lot of peels and skin. Traditional composting doesn't yield a pleasant smell and attracts flies. With this little gadget, 3-5 hrs I have black gold for my garden. It does release steam and a slight odor from the food, doesnt last long..now let's see the longevity of this device.

Compre este producto en noviembre a los tres meses se daño estoy luchando con el fabricante desde abril me ha tomado del pelo por fin me envió una maquina dañada y ahora me dice que reclame por Amazon quisiera saber que debo hacer esa maquina me costó bastante por favor podría colaborarme.
