London Fog Knightsbridge 44' Wheeled Garment Bag

Thin, light and holds a ton of clothes...Brought it for my son. He's 20 years old about 5' 11" and weighs 160. he fit 3 two piece suits, 4 dress shirts, 4 tank tops, 4 socks 1 pair of shoes, 3 T-shirts, and 4 boxer shorts. I think he could have fit more honestly wish he would have then he wouldn't have forgot his ties lol. rolls nice and quiet over tile floors with grout lines. He could roll it without it hitting his feet. no problem with the zippers and we were kinda flinging it around fully packed onto beds into trunks onto the floor no zipper issues. We drove so no info on airport handling. So far very good item!!! suits come out nice and unwrinkled there are 2 zipper compartments next to the shoulders of the suit great for hygiene stuff. It has a very large front zippered compartment accessible from the outside. Very executive looking doesn't look cheap at all!! Has a spot for a name card on the back side also has ability to lock zippers together so it cant be opened lock not included...Cover flap for inner compartment has 3 separate zipper closing areas. Handle locks in 3 positions,(1) a little more than half way (2) out fully (3) collapsed. This is definitely worth the money! Sometimes its a matter of whos inspecting and quality control thumbs up on both this round.

We took this bag on an eight-day river boat cruise, and it held up very well to airline and boat handling. It holds more clothes that we expected -- sports coat, several pairs of pants and shirts, shoes, and underwear. The hangers remained securely fastened. The hanging clothes, each covered in its own light plastic bag, remained wrinkle free. It was the perfect extra checked bag. It was a little heavier that I expected, but the wheels made it manageable. The zippers seemed balky at first, so my husband rubbed each on with a bar of soap, and that took care of the problem.

The initial reviews I read were 50/50 in terms of ruggedness and sturdiness, but based on my flights for the last month, the bag has done very well and fits both the short-side and long-side overhead bins on MD-88 and larger aircraft. The rollers make commuting through airports much easier than carrying other similar-sized garment bags over your shoulder. Although it's a fairly large bag, getting through TSA security checkpoints has been easy and efficient. There are more expensive bags available, but the cost for this bag exceeds the results I've experienced.

The case has plenty of pockets and straps to keep things in place. We will be using it in one week, so that will be the real test. It looks great and feels sturdy. One reviewer commented about how much stuff his son could pack into this case. That was a deciding factor for me.

I compared many garment bags before purchasing this one. I travel a great deal and needed something that looked good and would hold up. This looked great when it arrived, albeit smaller than I expected. I am returning it because of the low quality of the hardware. None of the zippers opened smoothly and the one on the main compartment seemed particularly fragile. I had no doubt that it would break or get stuck a few trips in. Also, the gadget that holds the hangers was really cheap and fragile. Sadly I am returning this and continuing my search.

Overall, I like this bag. Pros: It has a lot of space and it also helps to keep your clothing from getting wrinkled. CONS: The zipper got stuck on day one when my husband took it out to examine it. After struggling with it, it finally moved, begrudgingly. The first time he used it, the snap buttons strap broke from simply trying to open it. So, I like the bag, but the important inner hardware REALLY needs to be upgraded to fit the bag/price.

Great bag! So much room in it, and pockets for everything. Easy to pack and unpack. Sturdy enough to stand up to the burliest baggage handler! Have traveled several times since getting this bag and not a scuff on it yet. Pop up handle and wheels make it very easy to get through the airport. And, it's just one very good looking bag.

Purchased for a cruise and fits one tuxedo, one three piece suit, four long sleeve shirts, three short sleeve shirts, three linen pants, tuxedo shoes, sandals, and croc sneaks. Also accessories, underwear, socks and some miscellaneous. Unpacked upon arrival and stuff was not that wrinkly as it was washed before my husband packed. Great suitcase or traveling with dressier clothing.
