Item was cancelled prior to shipping, January, ( size issues) yet it was shipped.. Advised by Amazon to refuse at delivery January . No refund was issued, return not acknowledged by seller. Courier professionally assisted with confirmation of return to seller in writing, on January 24th. Item has still not been credited. Seller has not responded. Amazon CA refers me to call centres in other countries. Issue refund outstanding.

Loved the soft feel and the design makes it more contemporary.Goes nicely with my beige furniture adding Color to the room .

Can’t emphasize how much we love this rug. It’s beautiful, soft to the touch, and perfect for our modern style! The rumors are true though: the rug sheds quite a bit. I still fill the bag every time I vacuum the rug, and I’ve vacuumed at least 8 times. This doesn’t make me love the rug any less though!

I purchased several rugs for my new home and by far this is my favorite. It lays well within an hour of placement and it’s thick and plush with real color rather than painted on color. It feels really expensive, nice quality compared to some that I’ve had to return. Also, no chemical smell. I bought a 12x12 for living plus a small one for patio door.

I absolutely love this rug. The colors are just like the photos, it’s super soft on your feet and the sizing was spot on. The only thing you should be aware of is the shedding. It takes a good bit of vacuuming at first but it slowed down after a while. Great rug. Go buy it.
