EGR Valve with Gasket for Tourneo Custom Transit Mk7 Mk8 Ranger Relay Boxer Van Defender L316 2.2

Bought this for my Mk7 (2012) Transit 260 FWD 2.2L. It fits, and looks good enough quality. I did have to unbolt the motor temporarily from the valve housing to make enough space to get the inlet manifold back on, and the very flimsy plastic clip that keeps the plastic gear housing together with the motor snapped, dropping the bottom on the floor. Didn't force it or bang it on anything, so I was a bit surprised. It came fairly well packaged in foam and bubble wrap, so unlikely to have been damaged during delivery. Not a major problem though, as the bolts keep it all tightly together when fitted, but a minor nuisance. Watch out for the little spring washer that sits on top of the gear if this happens to you.The problem I had was that the fitting for the top water hose is rotated 90 degrees compared to the old part (old one was probably not the original Ford part, mind!), leaving the existing coolant hose too short to fit. I had to buy a new length of hose (24mm OD, 16mm ID). This is going to be a bit annoying to fit as I had used hose clamps to avoid spilling the coolant during the change, but obviously now I'll have to remove the pipe completely and swap it for a longer one. Could use a barb to extend the old one, but that's just another two connections points to potentially leak, and another £6.
