Working great so far!
I've had this product for just a few weeks so far and it's been great. It's strong, sturdy and has already been able to hold about 500lbs of sheetrock from my last project. Also, the customer service has been wonderful and very responsive. I do highly recommend this product from this company.

The best item and service!
I received the rack with 2 base post missing rubbers, contacted the customer service via email and few days later received all rubber covers!!!!

Lack of accessories
The screw nuts that lack the drum and the roller in the middle of the drum, and the shower of the drum shelf, lacks accessories, mail it to me to install it.

Absolute nightmare. DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!! Absolute nightmare. Roller bar fell apart immediately. It has not even been a year and the bars are completely rusted through, the paint has almost entirely come off. Now I am stuck with removing these and all the caulking necessary for installation before installing a better one. EDIT: Since posting this review the company has reached out to issue a full refund, which is much appreciated. They have taken full accountability and have stated they will be taking action to correct the factory defects that have led to this issue.

Fit perfect on his ford transit work van. Holds ladders perfectly! No bending, they’ve been sturdy

Rear roller bent and warped
Fresh out of the box the rear roller was bent and the end that uses the cotter pin was bend over completely. I had to put the hole thing in a vice to get it even close to normal for install. Overall the roller is flimsy and will not last. Otherwise the rest of the rack is nice.
