KALMS LAVENDER One-A-Day Capsules 14

Brought these kalms tablets as I suffer with anxiety and I didn’t want to go back to using the tablets that the doctors prescribe you so I tried these ones out and they really work I’ve had kalms daytime tablets in the past and they also work. The only thing with these tablets is because they are lavender based when you swallow them you get like the after taste of lavender in your mouth and it can sometimes hang around for a while

Cheaper to buy from Amazon than from the supermarket. Have helped me to relax and not feel so anxious.

I purchased these kalms for 2 reasons. One, because I have a driving test soon and I am extremely anxious about it and two, because theu were reccomend to me (the original kalms)I saw these above the original kalms and thought....oooo lavender, I LOVE lavender...and I purchased them. Then I read the reviews and got worried. Burping lavender? Maybe these people were just sensitive to it? So my mock test day arrived and I was feeling my anxiety flare up so I took one to see how it works 30 mins before my lesson. Around 25 mins after taking it, I did feel calmer. Then a little throat bubble came up, and there it was a lavender flavoured burp.... we shall call it a lurp!Throughout my 90 min lesson every so often id get a lurp. And it wasn't a massive burp it was just little silent pops for me and I can say, it was like shots of lavender that kept calming me. Luckily I love the taste and smell of lavender so it wasn't alarming or disgusting, just unusual but in a nice wY and every time I go that taste of lavender... it calmed me. It brought me down to earth for a second. It reminded me I was to remain calm. So I've decided to use it on my real test. If you hate the taste of lavender don't buy them. The lurps last for about 2-3 hours which is what I assume is the span of these calm tablets in the system. Wish me luck!I've used these twice more since the review and the 'lurps are much much less than the 1st time, maybe 3 or 4 at most. Still great! ....and I passed my test 1st time, calm as anything!. Now i use as and when drivers anxiety flares up as a new driver. The burps definitely diminished with regular use, almost like I got use to it now and I rarely get them. I keep a pack in my car for just in case. Really great stuff.

Didn’t think they would work but after 5 days started to help me sleep better lovely lavender taste

These tablets are very effective, felt calmer from day one of usage.However, because of the hard exterior they are difficult to swallow and get stuck in your throat

These tablets are not for everyone?? But for me good product .

I love this product , I have a really bad sleeping pattern and I get anxious every day and it helps me calm my nerves instantly and feel relaxed .

Dislike p & p.. A really good product. You can't get it in this city for love nor 💰 money.
