We have had real trees for a few years, but have tired of the mess hassle and waste of the trees being thrown out after each Christmas. We planted one one year, hoping to re-use it, but that didn't work out too well.Time to go artificial - but some trees just look awfully plastic! We chose this tree as it looked the part when reviewing trees online, as far as one can do that to any degree of certainty, and we also liked the idea of it coming with lights already installed. Keep it simple. On delivery, which was rapid and actually quicker than indicated, the tree was in three parts, easy to assemble, though you have to take time to open up each branch carefully. Once up and in place it is the closest I have seen to a real tree, and a good size too.Downside was that the middle set of lights didn't work. Investigating the reason we found that one of the plugs was actually missing, so couldn't be plugged in. An email to the seller and we had a replacement light set in under 48 hours. However the plug and socket differed, but another email later to the seller and we had a replacement middle part of the tree at no cost, with next day delivery, enabling the tree to be perfect on Christmas Eve before Santa arrived.Can't fault the seller, there was a problem and they fixed it without hesitation. Also sending a third of a tree in the post overnight for Christmas is a non negligible cost, so hats off to them! Looks like a tree that will last fir many years to come. Very happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Like the easy assembly of 3 parts and the fact there’s no lights to add. 500 is plenty in the tree and the multi function light setting is great. Takes some spreading out of the branches but when done is very sturdy and looks lovely and full. Very pleased with it.

I bought this tree as I was fed up of stringing lights around our old (un prelit) one - and it is fantastic, particularly the prelit element. It is a large tree, especially across the lowest level of branches - make sure you have enough room, as I found myself climbing over the settee to decorate the side of it! Be warned if you have impatient children - the assembling of the tree and 'splaying' all the branches took about 1.5 hours - however, I'm sure this was just because it was it's first time up and I think future years will be a lot quicker. I was really pleased with the colour of glow from the bulbs and once decorated it looked great. I just hope the LED bulbs last a good few years (I'm sure they will) - otherwise it would be an expensive purchase. All in all a fantastic, great looking tree that's worth spending the extra bit of money on.

Absolutely beautiful tree. Delivery was a little slow but it was well worth the wait.It is absolutely huge, so make sure you have plenty of space but it fits together easily, is very sturdy and looks amazing once all the branches are opened out. I had to buy more decorations as it looked quite bare with just the decs from my old 6ft tree.

Wasn't sure if this tree would be a decent replacement for my usual real tree so was delighted to find it even better than I expected. It is a lovely shape and nicely full and bushy. The lights are all fine, quite bright and I don't find the wires intrusive at all. I already have this tree up, thanks to kids pester power and have had some nice complimentary comments already :) Also worth a mention is how good the price is, especially compared to the local wyevales equivalents.....

Just put the tree up for the first time. It was easy to put together - it did take a long time to unfold all the individual branches because there are a lot of them but the tree looks great when finished. Very full and bushy and it’s so nice that I haven’t got to fight with the lights as it’s pre-lit - the lights look great when they are in.

I bought this tree because of the excellent reviews and the fats that it came with integral lights as this is the bit that the most annoying, getting the lights even on the tree.when we put it up it took ages to undo all the branches and i must say the tree its self is very nice. It then occurred to me that there was no plug???at this point it was Xmas eve and I had no choice but to leave it up and do without lights for this year. I have no idea where i stand as this was miss advertised or you've sent me the wrong tree. but i doubt i can get it back in the box to return it. please can some one get in touch with me to resolve thisthank you
