Would give these 1000 stars if I could. When my dry eye issues started really torturing me, I tried more than a few different kinds of drops, but this brand...hands down...is the best without a prescription. These are preservative free and wonderful relief! So, if you have issues with preservatives, these will definitely work for you, imho. I really love and appreciate the bottle design as well! It's actually genius what they've done with this. The dropper part has to be stubby on account of the preservative free nature of this formula, as the longer spouts can breed bacteria in general with any PF formula. The bottle is an easy squeeze with no struggle. But the brilliance is in the way the dropper opening is a contrasting dark blue colour, which makes it very easy to see from the eye receiving the drops, resulting in no wasted drops. Being able to actually see where the dropper opening is in relation to the eyeball surface has resulted, for me, in very few missed doses cuts way down on wasting drops. Nothing worse than missing the mark and ending up with drops on your face and not in your eye, am I right? The drops last for hours and are so soothing. I start out with one drop in each eye first thing in the morning, and they last all day, at least til dinner. Then I might do one more dose around that time, if needed and then I'm good for the rest of the day. 4 drops daily with soothing relief = the only choice for me. Cannot live without these and the price is decent, too. Very highly recommend!

Worked better than a lot of other brands to keep my eyes while lubricated. Also the price was very reasonable seen it's hard to find locally sometimes.

I have an autoimmune condition that causes dryness so bad I need prescription drops. These are my absolute favorite over the counter eye drops. I keep them all over my house. They feel so soothing and exactly what I need to battle my sjögren's.

The drops were soothing and I appreciate the lack of preservatives which sometimes irritate. I did find the bottle hard to use and most of the drops were wasted. A longer tip would be more helpful in getting them into the eye.

I LOVE these eye drops. They are proud of their product and the price demonstrates that. But several eye doctors have recommended this product to me. I keep buying it because I'm in my 60s and have chronically dry eyes. I work at a computer all day every work day, and that contributes to my dry eyes. Systane makes a difference!

This product works well for my dry - eye condition. It never burns my eyes like other drops I have tried in the past. The Preservative Free ingredient is really important.

I love Systane, it really does help my dry eyes. However, I hate the new shape of the bottle. The dropper does not work properly. I have to squeeze it real hard and by the time it comes out it many times it is too much and it misses my eye.
