Proper Alingment For Drummers
I’ve been a drummer for twenty years. Recently I was experiencing neck and shoulder pain due to increased slouching and bad posture while on the drum kit durig performances, rehearsals, and recording sessions. Drum seats with a backrest have been recommended but I found them limiting mobility for my playing style. TrueForm has been a great tool for my realignment while on a drum seat for hours. Since using this product I no longer experience stress and tention on my upper back or neck as I did before from bad posture habits. It helps maintain my posture properly and constant.Easy to use and I keep TrueForm in my drum stick bag now as part of my drum gear for performances and my practice regiment.

This simple, yet effective product is a must have for anyone who has experienced back pain or just wants to improve their posture. I have been dealing with major back lower back pain from carrying my infant. My back pain was alleviated after wearing this posture corrector for a few days! I didn't realize how bad my posture had gotten since being pregnant and carrying my baby. I love how I can wear it under my clothes and how easy it is to carry in my purse.

Its comfortable and easily adjustable
This product is as advertised. Its comfortable and easily adjustable. I am mostly wearing it at the office where I used to slouch over my desk all day. Now when I go out in the evening I stand up straight and tall with my chest out and shoulder blades pinched back. It has changed my energy and caused me to engage my core. I am definitely realizing the benefits of having it on all day.

Fantastic Posture Corrector With Multiple Applications
My work involves a lot of sitting and writing at a desk and this posture corrector has been really helpful in training me to sit up straighter. It also has helped to ease aches in my neck and trapezius. I recently started using it while meditating to keep my posture upright, and its been really helpful there too. It's also super light and collapsable, so easy to throw into a bag or purse and take with you on-the-go.

good value; as advertised
I was a little skeptical because this brace is less expensive than similar ones available on Amazon, but I found it to be effective, good-quality, and as advertised. I wore it while cycling because I have been experiencing neck pain (I think from slouching/'turtling' while biking). The brace definitely keeps me aware of better posture while biking.
