The media could not be loaded.  I am in organization mode, so I am ordering shelving units, bins, organizers, etc. I saw this shelving unit & wanted to try it because I have a larger version of this, & it is very handy, but very large. So when I saw this smaller version of the rack I already have, I figured it would work very well in my basement, pantry, closet, kid's room, etc.The hardest part was deciding about where to use it because it fit so well in many different areas in my home.I decided to use it as pantry storage for things like extra spices, gallons of molasses & vinegar, olive oil, etc.There are adjustable feet on it that can raise the whole unit a little bit, & they can also be used to achieve a stable shelving unit, by being able to adjust each fit to the slant/floor surface the shelving unit is on. After I adjusted the feet about 1/8" on one corner & 1/16" on another one, it stood very securely & stable on my tile floor.The shelving heights are all 100% customizable. You can put them at any height you want from the floor to the top of the shelf poles. If you find 6 shelves to be too many, you can easily leave any off you don't want, though I would probably not leave off more than 1 shelf, because it could compromise stability if you had heavier things in the shelves.First thing I did was check the included parts with the parts list, & all of the pieces were there. There are some end caps that are on the shelf circular openings during shipping to protect against scratching that you actually throw out, per the assembly directions. I used them to distract my toddler while I assembled the unit, & THEN I thew them out.Set up took all of about 15 minutes, if that. I have another much larger version of this shelving unit so I was familiar with how to assemble this unit, but even without that previous experience, it is NOT difficult & should not take more than an extra 5-10 minutes to figure it out than the 15 it took me to assemble it.Once you figure out how to fit the plastic shelf supports around the poles (follow the arrow that shows which way is up :), it is very easy. You take both halves of the shelf supports & push them together around the poles. They do NOT snap tightly together, which was the thing that confused me because it is intuitive to want to fit them tightly together, but they instead have a little space between the 2 pieces so that they won't slide down the poles once the shelves are on.I am very pleased with this shelving unit. It is just as handy as the large one we have.It is STURDY, DURABLE, & EASY to adjust the shelves.Since I have kids running around, hubby will be anchoring this to the wall, just in case one of them gets a not so bright idea to climb the shelves.. that has happened more times than I can count that we have had to rescue a child stuck mid-climb on a shelf, bunkbed, etc around here, so for safe measure, we are going to secure it. Barring any kids climbing the unit, it is very stable.I am HAPPY with my purchase & give it TWO THUMBS up. I am considering ordering another one for another room in our home.

The metal shelving is sturdy. It was easy to assemble. Great to customize. I used this to organoize my home gym. I was able to adjust the shelves to fit below and above my rower wheel. Holds dumbells - 40 pounds per shelf. Hooked exercise bands on the side and put yoga mats in a taller section. Being able to customize the shelf heights made it easy to create a space for everything.

I got this shelf after the crazy storm we had in Texas this February. Wanted something that would fit in a very specific spot in our coat closet (about 22.25" wide) and that I could use to hold canned goods and other emergency supplies. This product fits perfectly (maybe a half inch of extra space). I hadn't gotten around to loading it with many emergency supplies, which ended up being fortuitous as it provided a very convenient place to store all the leftover alcohol from our wedding.Assembly was fairly simple and straightforward, with the primary difficulty limited to personal preference of how far apart to set the shelves. The wire material is definitely a bit thinner than on some comparable products. I managed to bend the metal and snap a support weld while seating the first shelf with just my hands. So I took off one star for durability, because I ain't Hulk and I shouldn't be able to break metal that easily. The damage was only cosmetic and hasn't effected the shelf's performance, so I'm not bothered by it.Lastly, as mentioned in many reviews, the shelves in this unit are "upside down" vs what is standard on many comparable shelving units. For me that did not present any problems as the half inch lip around the edge works well to keep canned items contained.Overall great little shelf, just know that it's not as durable as some of the others out there, but works great for smaller, enclosed spaces. Would buy again, and may well do for the other side of that closet.

This was sooo easy to put together. It is nice and sturdy. The leveling feet are a game changer. Has a nice lip all the way around each shelf to keep your items from falling off. I would definitely buy another should the need arise.

So I bought this shelf to use for all my gaming items along with my gaming snacks. I didn't have a large space so when i saw this it was the perfect size exactly. When I had originally put it together I thought that the shelfs faced down to give the lip part at the bottom but it's actually the lip part faces up as you can see in the picture. When putting it together the directions weren't very clear but was soon easy to understand. The shelf part has to go fully over the 2 pieces that you connect together on the leg (to fully put the shelf ontop of it I used a hammer(gentle force)). It is small (the measurements are correct) so if you are thinking about getting this, organizing it and buying baskets that fit it would be best. It also holds a good amount of items (can tell in picture) so the amount of weight and sturdiness is good. I bought the 3 small ikea white hanging containers (on the right) along with the 2 containers hanging on the left, from amazon although they do fit they hang down lower then was hoping for.

This shelves aren't study, the supporting tubes are about half and inche. Its not one whole tube, each shevel level is separate. So that makes it weak.....I am keeping it cuz the size is just what i need. This should be half the price...See picture comparison with a heavy duty shelves.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, the shelves are upside downI wouldn't be surprised if these were factory defects which someone saw as an opportunity to acquire at a super low cost, and sell at slightly sub-market value. I would return this if I haven't already assembled and tossed out the boxOtherwise it's pretty sturdy, and was super easy to assemble (but that's to be expected from this type of shelf/rack)
