Quite disappointed with this purchase. I was replacing like with like after my last blanket gave up the ghost & I had read reviews stating that this blanket was nowhere near as warm - the reviews were spot on - a shame really as I use the blanket to relieve joint pains.Also, the skirt on this one is horrendous, doesnt stay on the bed & the blanket is creasing each night - obviously I am aware that this will cause problems with the fine wiring & having to lift mattress every day to refit it is a constant nuisance & not doing much to help my back pain Dreamland!!!I won’t be purchasing a 3rd one from Dreamland when this one gives up. 😕

Generally very happy with my purchase. The only small criticism is that it tends to ruck during the night because the tuck-in material does not prevent this happening, either because there is not enough of, or the material is slippery.The five minute heat up is an excellent feature.

This is the second blanket that I have ordered, for another room, but still the same standard. It is good that it heats the bed in five minutes before you get in, and can then lower the heat if required. I keep it on low all night ie one on cold nights and on two on very cold nights. I have found that it washes very successfully and comes up like new. Very good investment. Could not live without it in winter!

Quite impressed with this electric topper. Like the quick warm feature. Would have given 5 stars but for the "elasticated" skirt, not very eradicated , very close fit, could do with stronger elastic to pull more.

This is good but it did add to my electric bill.Very handy to heat bed up quickly at a cost.Comfortable and does the job.Luckily only had to use it occasionally but I couldn't have it on all night.

Thought it was bit expensive but needed a double size with single control which are hard to find was for disabled mother Christmas present who loves it and finds it easy to work

Bought one as family member already had the same on a bed we sleep on when visiting. You wouldn’t know it was there, apart from the lovely warmth it offers. We also wanted to set it up on a wifi controlled plug, and as hoped it remembers the last used setting, so can be set up to come on automatically, or remotely so we don’t forget on a chilly night. A great blanket, fits easily and well, so much better than the old lumpy wire styles you used to get! Not cleaned as yet, but seems very easy.

Works very well. Doesn't fall off the bed. Comfy fleece effect.Opted for the single control one. From the foot of the bed looking up the control is on the left.Basically we go for fast heat then one hour on timed heat. Think thats set to 2. This way you can heat the bed whilst you have a shower and keeps the bed warm for the second person when they arrive in the next hour. There is a nine hour or so setting but that's not required unless you have a very cold bedroom.
