Great dry ager
This dry ager has performed as I would expect of a professional setup. I have it set at -1 Celsius which results in an average temperature of 34.7 degrees Fahrenheit, graph included in pictures for reference. The cuts in my picture are only 20-30 days of aging and already spectacular flavors are developing. The ribeyes pictured are primed grade from Costco and were $19-20 per pound. After 20-30% moisture lost my average cost per pound will be $24-28 for 45-70 day dry aged beef. 10/10 would recommend getting if you’re on the fence.

Good freezer
Nice beef freezer. We had a problem with the inside light but they kindly replaced it at no cost very fast.

Dry aging fridge
Fridge works well so far. Holds steady temp and have had no issues in the few weeks I have had it up and running. UV lamp is always on, the interior side light can be turned on/off. Just put in meat to age last week. Have to wait and see how well everything turns out. well packaged and good communication from seller.
