Read other reviews and knew product was loud on top settings. Wasn't prepared for how loud it was. We realised quickly that something was wrong when we could smell burning. We discovered packaging within the enclosed fan unit. Now the packaging is removed fan is great but could of been nightmare

Looks good but quite noisy and fiddly remote
Good build quality but let down by noise of fan when running and having to be very close to the unit when using remote. Using touch not an option as unit installed approx 3m in vaulted ceiling.
