Great protein option
I really like this egg white protein powder. It mixes well, has a light texture, and is a great way to add extra protein without feeling too heavy. I’ve been really happy with it and would definitely recommend it! 💪

Great addition to my morning smoothie
I bought this as an easy way to add more protein to my morning smoothie, and it's worked great. It mixes well, has no flavor that doesn't overpower the other ingredients, and makes it easy to increase my protein intake. I'll definitely keep buying it.

Difficult to work with!
Blender required and doesnt taste very good. The powder also has some static cling properties which cause it to fly all over the place when scooping out a serving.

Good product
This makes great low carb high protein blended shakes; personally I mix with frozen berries, monk fruit drops,cucumber, celery & fresh lemon juice in my Vita Mix blender. I don't recommend in just a Shaker bottle with water, it is clumpy.

Doesn't mix good at all!
This stuff is horrible, I have a shaker glass and I mixed it with orange juice, this stuff is almost all foam, I'm never buying this junk again!

For me this next product. It is easy on the small intestines. You can use it in/alongside of rice chili, cereal, protein shakes or any other foods. This will add a creamier touch to foods.
