Vionic orthotics help align body posture, thereby easing lower back pain.Aching LegsWhen the feet roll over and the legs rotate internally, the leg muscles become stressed, leading to tired aching legs. Vionic orthotics decrease rotation of the leg and traction of the calf muscles. Big help to prevent knee trouble
I have a tendency for my feet to pronate slightly, rolling in towards each other. Bought several pairs of these to have in different shoes to correct this tendency. This has helped my ankles, knees and hips. They turn cheap canvas lace ups into comfortable supportive shoes for walking the dog in summer, easy to throw away the shoes and keep the insoles for the next pair when they wear out or I accidentally step in something truly vile. Also a pair in my hiking boots keep them much more comfortable in wetter or colder weather. A pair inserted into whichever boots I am wearing with trousers or long fashion boots in winter again improve the comfort and fit. Not suitable for slip on court shoes or sandals, sadly. I have noticed more knee trouble this long hot summer when I have been unable to use these in my pretty summer shoes. NB they go the opposite way around to how they look. Luckily they have Right and Left written clearly on them fit those of us easily confused.

Ok but not quite as good as Orthoheels.
I’d hoped these would replace my Orthoheel inner soles, as they are no longer marketed. However, they do not fit my feet as well as orthoheel did. Unless you are wearing a sock (not tights or knee his), the edge can be felt. Also I find the curve of the support starts slightly too close to my heel and is a little higher and firmer than with my orthoheels. This makes them less comfortable, though I’m persevering and they are supporting my arches to prevent pronation of my foot. The company alleges they are based on orthoheel technology but not quite enough in my opinion.

Excellent product
I have suffered from pronation for many years, and it was after watching a Vionic presentation on TV that I decided to give insoles a go. I am really pleased with these. They feel strange first time, but I quickly got used to them and have just worn them in my boots for a weekend city break with plenty of walking. I have worn them in two different pairs of boots and will try them in shoes over the next few months. I am hoping that by straightening my gait, it will improve the pressure on my knees and ankles. I would certainly recommend these as an off the shelf solution.

Excellent product!
These are brilliant. My son suffers terribly with foot pain and has done for years, recently thought as a result of being flat footed but not sure. Decided to take a flyer on these to see if they make any difference and wow! He can now walk without pain and has even been able to start running. Something this simple as realigning the shape of his feet has transformed what he can now do. I've just ordered a second set so he doesn't have to keep swapping them between shoes.

Excellent for shoes without removable insoles.
I have to wear an insole and heel raise with all my shoes and lately I have been wearing a number of vionic shoes as I find them ideal for my feet. As I have a number of shoes/boots without removable insoles I bought these to put in those. I still use the heel raise but just place these on top. You have to make sure they are in properly to give you the correct support. They are very comfortable and act like a full insole so I would definitely recommend them as you can continue to wear other footwear.

Makes a real difference to knackered knees!
I'm on my 3rd pair of these, I replace each year. Before using them I suffered with very achey knees. Physio recommended them; when I stand with feet apart and bend knees, my knees go in towards middle and meet rather than staying straight and in line with feet. These insoles keep your knees and legs all in line. Didn't realise what a huge difference it would make to my knees aching, but it does. Worth trying.

Some Relief
I have been suffering badly with plantar fasciitis and bought these in the hopes of relieving the issue and symptoms. They seem to have helped somewhat, along with stretches and exercises. I am trying to wear these all day in supportive shoes, rather than just padding around in socks or slippers. The 3/4 length is useful for fitting into all sorts of shoes without needing to be cut to size.

Impressed with the effect they had
I bought these, as due to back problems, I found I was walking on the inside of my heels. They seemed to do the trick and I immediately felt I was walking more evenly. Whether they would have any permanent remedial effect I cannot tell you at this moment in time as I haven’t been wearing them long enough to comment and my back issues are such that they will take some time to resolve.
