Warning! Do not buy a very costly mistake ....
Firstly, I have to say, When the tap arrived I was impressed by the quality of the product and all the included parts for the price I purchased it for. However, I’ve had the tap fitted and it turns out that the supplied ‘tails’ are the incorrect ones for this type of tap (please see pics). The ones supplied, are to short and doesn’t allow to be tightened up properly inside the body of the tap! ***Please note **** The ones now in the tap are the correct ones and allows them to be tightened up outside of the body***This has been a very costly mistake indeed. So far it’s cost me the price of the tap, the price of a new (correct fit) set of tails. A new vanity unit and a NEW ceiling. Not forgetting the cost of the call out fee for a plumber, as I was in work and the wife came home to a flooded bathroom!!!!!What turns out to be good value for money has actually cost in excess of £500.So please avoid at all costs. In my experience, What turns out to be a bargain rarely is. Unfortunately, this has been a very costly lesson to say the least!!

All works as it should
Was initially concerned about reviews saying tails too short and extra expense in achieving installation but I'm guessing they have listened because the tails in my pack were great and well exceeded the faucet and were easy and effective to attach ... the fitting itself works perfectly and noiselessly and I'm very happy. Observation, the reach isn't so far forward, so if you have a small vanity basin this is perfect . . if you have a large basin, consider the reach so that you rent all pushed up at one end - as this can result in water constantly running onto the top of the basin rather than in it. Don't ,misunderstand, this isn't a fault, it is a consideration.

Wrong fittings
Nice tap but tap connectors are useless as they cannot be tightened. I have to go to plumbers and buy connectors with extended nut. Will I get reimbursed or will I get fobbed off

Works well, looks stylish
Stylish tap that looks nice and works well. This was the smallest one I could find as we needed a small one for our tiny cloakroom. It does look big against our tiny sink but I think it makes it look quirky and I'm sure when the room is finally completely finished it will set off the whole look perfectly. I'll update with a photo of the finished look when it is done.

Excellent set of taps
I am the first to admit that when it comes to DIY I am not the best. The cold tap on my bath had stopped working and following various techniques, mainly from YouTube to try to fix it I bit the bullet and brought some new taps.I ordered these from Amazon as they looked stylish, were reasonably priced and had good reviews. The taps arrived well packaged and even had their own cloth dust protector. I found fitting them very easy. The hardest part was removing the old taps. They work really well and look very stylish. I would recommend these to anyone wanting to update their bathroom and they are easy to fit even for the most novice DIYer.

Lovely tap
Bought smaller version for en-suite and was so pleased with it bought this one to replace the one in downstairs cloakroom as one fitted by builder was rubbish. Some reviewers said they had difficulty fitting it but my husband didn’t have any problems and he’s no plumber just capable DIYer.

Poor
These look great however that’s about all, they were a nightmare to install. The shower head is a nightmare to control and if you have any disabilities then I would urge that you avoid this.

Faulty
After fitting this we have noticed that there is a manufacturing fault...it's leaking when we close and we have paid for fixing it once and going to be charged again for fitting another one for no fault of ours.
