Not great. Portability is questionable.
Does what is claims it will do. However, it just doesn't stay charged for long. I fully charge it, leave it sitting on my kitchen island, and without even being used, it's dead within three days and has to be recharged. This morning, after charging the stone all night to a full charge, I put my phone on it, my phone was at 76%, and within an hour my phone was at 100%. BUT, the Stone was already down to two bars. Half of the Stone's charging power lost just to give my phone a 25% charge boost. So now, instead of plugging my phone in every other day, I'm plugging my Stone in every other day. Basically, you can count on the Stone for one good "portable" charge, but then you're going to have to recharge it. And it seems to take a LONG time to recharge. Really hasn't provided me with a net gain of convenience. I could just leave it plugged in all the time, but... why didn't I just buy a charging pad for that??!!

QiStone+ works not so great with Moto 360
I thought I would address some of the concerns raised here by Moto 360 owners, like myself. I bought this primarily for my Moto 360. The answers in the question section here vary, but no one answering, at the time of this writing, identifies whether they own the QiStone or QiStone+. There seems to have been a first generation on offer previously. This review is for the QiStone+, purchased through Amazon, and written with the Moto 360 considered particularly. After reading the question-and-answer section, I almost didn't buy this item. It's a lot of money to gamble with, but I decided to take one for the Moto 360 team and possibly try out Amazon's return policy, which I've only heard great things about but have never had to use myself. But I didn't have to. In short, the QiStone+ works great with my Moto 360.As anyone who owns a Moto 360 knows, the battery life isn't great, although the watch itself is otherwise. I work out of my car, often long days, and my phone and watch are important work tools for me. I tried a cheap DigiYes Qi charger, which didn't work at all with my Moto 360. The watch said it was charging, but the battery would continue to drop, never increasing at all. Perhaps the DigiYes charger works fine with phones. I didn't bother trying. That's not what I bought it for.I have experienced none of the problems with the QiStone+ that are mentioned in the question-and-answer section here. As I mentioned earlier, I suspect these problems may be associated with a previous generation. The QiStone+ charges my Moto 360 just fine when plugged into an outlet or car charger. (As an aside, the QiStone appears to charge a device when plugged in but not itself. Once the device is removed, it starts to charge itself.) The QiStone+ also charges the Moto 360 just fine when not plugged in. I have had no overheating problems with the watch. It charges at least as fast as when on the Motorola dock and is only slightly warm on the back when removed, just as it is when with the Motorola dock. I have charged the watch from 50% battery to 100%. When it reaches 100%, it just hovers there, just as it does when on the Motorola dock. Going from 50% to 100% battery on the watch removed only 1 of 4 lights indicating battery capacity on the QiStone+, so there appears to be enough juice here to fully charge the Moto 360 twice. Is the QiStone+ pricey? Yes, it is. But, after adding a couple small rubber bands my daughter uses in her hair to hold my watch in place on the Stone, I now have a very portable wireless battery charger for my Moto 360, which I can toss into the back seat of my car while it does its thing. That is well worth the price to me.To clear up a couple other things: The QiStone+ comes with two USB cables and a small bag to carry everything in. The USB cables both have male connections. One cable is quite short, and the other is longer. One end of each cable is standard USB, and the other end is micro USB. To charge the QiStone+ itself, you will need an adapter to plug it into a household wall outlet, if that's the way you want to do it. Alternatively, you can plug it into your computer or any powered standard USB jack. I do not know how much power the QiStone+ requires, but it charges just fine on my 2 Amp micro USB car charger. To charge devices wired, standard USB is used to plug into the QiStone+. It charges two devices at the same time, one with Qi and the other wired, just as advertised.Incidentally, I also bought a Qi receiver for my Galaxy S4, and the QiStone+ charges my phone just fine.I have not owned the QiStone+ for long, but I will update this review if anything changes.EDIT: Andjusting my rating based on performance with the Moto 360. For the first week of use, it worked well with my Moto 360. Now, for whatever reason, I'm having the same problem other people describe. The watch appears to overheat during charging and and no longer aloows the charging to continue, at which point the QiStone+ auto shuts itself off, since it is no longer charging anything. Occasionally, it will fully charge my watch without overheating it, but those instances are rare now. I got a Qi receiver for my Galaxy S4 phone, and it works just fine for that, but that is not the primary reason I bought the QiStone+.

Wow A Small Wireless Charger That Is Also a Power Bank Too!
It is a great idea and it works extremely well. I haven’t conducted any scientific tests yet but my Galaxy S6 Edge seems to charge as fast as when it is plugged in! I also like the idea of being able to charge 2 phones at once, one wirelessly and one via cable. But I am not giving 5 starts because of two minor issues:(1) Although you can charge 2 phones at once they both can’t be Samsung. Although not mentioned here, the fone salesman support site says “It's the way Samsung's power management works, depending on the type of cable used. If you try using Samsung cable or another cable capable of data transfer with the QiStone+ you should get better results.” I tried a Samsung cable and that didn’t help.(2) The convex design and the surface material of the charger don’t work well in a moving vehicle. The phone will slip off easily.

Poor wireless charging
The wireless charger is very nice when it comes to functionality and design. Looks and feels great. Light weight and very easy to use. The only problem I am having is that the Qi Stone doesn't seem to perform very well when attempting to charge my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. My phone battery percentage was at 19% ( Qi Stone fullycharhed) and after one whole hour of uninterrupted wireless charging with the Qi Stone, my phone battery had only increased by 6%.. needless to say, this was very disappointing given the fact that I payed so much for the device. Wireless charging was the main reason I bought this product. And if the wireless feature is inefficient with charging my other devices, I feel that my purchase was in vain. I have yet to use the USB port on the Qi Stone to charge anything because if I wanted a wired power bank I would've just bought one... Since my first initial use of the Stone I have had to charge it twice. Both times, not very good results... it would have been a perfect product if it just charged my phone more efficiently.

I love it!
I have this sitting on the wireless charger built into my car, its nice to grab if I need a charge. Then when I get back in the car I throw it on the charger and it charges up over my commutes. I bought this cause I wanted true no cables. It has a good value for money.

I wasted my money and energy to have this piece of crap to make it work as promised. The top is super sensitonly and it works at a certain spot. My iPhone 10 slides off and falls to the floor. On the pictures number line 2, 3 and line 6 are lies. Those features do not work as they promised. My iPhone 10 is not comparable, in my opinion. It is better to use a lightning cord in the qistone. It is too late for me to return this piece of crap (sh!t).

Not the best one to purchase but back then was the only one I saw.
This wireless charger worked good considering it doesn't need to be plugged in to a power source to charge up your phone. The cons are it don't have fast charging, your phone can't be in a case unless it's supper thin, and your phone muse be placed in one certain spot to charge. Keeping in minmind that this was one of the first wireless.. wirelease chargers that i had herd of or seen it was useful due to the fact it didn't need to be plugged in therefore it was movable.

Ok But Definitely NOT For Your Bedside.
Originally, I gave this 5 stars. That was until I decided to place it on my bedside table and charge my phone overnight. Every time one of its four energy cells expires, it emits a loud beep and momentarily disconnects from my phone before the next cell comes online.Of course, my phone also makes its, 'I'm Charging Now!' noise just to add to the problem.Completely unnecessary flibber has ruined a perfectly good gizmo.

Quality is fantastic
Had a few wireless charging pads and never found one that works how I’ve wanted it to until now. Unlike others you can put your phone on to it at any angle without it not working. Also it’s battery operated for when you need to charge your phone when away from home. Gonna buy more for family’s birthdays and Christmas presents

Amazing Technology
The thing I love about this is that it is truly wireless and the only device I know of that has a right to call itself a wireless charger because with traditional wireless chargers you are still tied to a cable. I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge and it is able to fully charge that from 0% to 100% and to still have some juice left. I use it to top up my battery in the day and over night when I need it, it is very convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend it , it is pricey but you get what you pay for and with this you get a high quality and cleaver piece of kit.

No more dangling wires!
After a recommendation from a close friend, I decided to try this stone out even with its hefty price tag, and now I have to say I love it! When I first got the item I thought the size was rather large for a 4000mah powerbank but I soon realised that since it is wireless it has to be of a certain size for the phone to rest on top. Although definitely sufficient for a full day's use I would like to see a higher capacity version soon (as with all demanding consumers), but 5 stars for the quality and functionality, along with the innovation against the lack of current competition. Would also prefer the power button to be in a less "convenient" spot to avoid frequently accidentally switching the device on and wasting (just that little bit of) power.
