Love anything by Optimum Nutrition! We got this for my son and have seen great results so far. He’s only been on it for a few weeks now and has already put on mass and he said he’s actually likes the taste of this casing protein more than his normal protein. So taste is good!

I wish I got this sooner!It's easy to mix, there's no aftertaste.It doesn't have that fake sweetener or Splenda after taste that I hate so much.It does It's job and helps maintain my weight.

This has become a daily staple to get extra protein in. It’s great to have before bed, and helps me stay full. I often find protein powders to taste sickly sweet, and can’t stand the artificial sweetener aftertaste, but I find the chocolate flavor tastes just right. I also don’t get the upset stomach that I typically get with whey proteins.This tends to be a thicker consistency, and can have a bit of the powder texture remaining. My favorite way to make this is with one cup of nonfat fit milk (14g protein) and 3/4 of a scoop of protein powder. I’ve found putting the powder in the shaker after the liquid leaves less clumps, and letting it rest for about 30 seconds and shaking one more time helps even further.You may want to know: the heat seal on the container I received had several pin holes poked in it (as shown in photo). I contacted their customer service with concerns the product had been tampered with, and found this is a shipping practice of theirs to allow for pressure changes during air transport.

I am thinking of making a healthy ice cream with this one :)After about 30-45 minutes of having it, I started feeling super full. I definitely feel the slow absorption which is great for feeling full for a long time.

It also keeps me full from breakfast until my 1:00 PM lunch, even when I start my workday at 8:30 AM.For best results, I recommend using a good mixer bottle. My favorite is the Helimix 22 oz. That said, the powder dissolves well and doesn’t clump, making it easy to mix.Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking to add quality protein to their diet without unnecessary calories or unpleasant textures.
