Great for a fake tree!
Super cute and happy with our tree topper! I don't think this would work well as a tree topper for a real tree though due to the inside - its very compact. We have a fake tree so we bent our top branch in half in order for it to fit and it worked

Not for treetop
I have a real tree with a long branch on top, perfect for a tree topper. However this one is not ideal for that. It has a large square open on the bottom and not deep enough either, will not sit on the tree. Gave it a 3 because it does look good if you want it for the mantle or display not on a tree. I will be returning
