Do these lids have an airtight seal?

Some do......some have an elastic band around the top’s perimeter for an air tight seal. Some do not have a tight seal as there is no elastic.

Not by the seller I have not seen you have to put in set of canisters to get a whole set of this seller has them they are going to be very expensive

What are the dimensions ?

Hello, the dimensions of this canister is 5" dia., 7" tall (9.75" tall with lid), 64 oz. capacity
