Sassoon VS0201CUK maximum ceramic straightener

I dont really have curly hair but i use straighteners to smooth out my sometimes frizzy hair. These straighteners do not even do this well.The good points about it are that it doesnt take too long to heat up to a sufficient temperature and the plates are large so it is easier to straighten sections of hair, although you have to straighten sections over and over before your hair is straight.However they snag your hair in-between the plates and the straighteners, which causes it to pull out some of your hair.In the end my hair looks better but then i walk outside and my hair goes frizzy again!I am now buying some more straighteners because these just dont do the job!

The straighteners did not seem to heat up very quickly and even when they did they stayed only warm to the touch and my hair didnt even seem warm. You have to be careful of the rounded edges as if you dont hold the straighteners at the right angle you will get kinks. My hair isnt curly just has a slight wave to it so these straighteners worked to straighten it but didnt straighten the edges much, which may be down to me not knowing the correct way to use them but the instruction just say the obvious.The biggest downfall with these, which resulted in me returning them is that there are too many bumps and rough edges for your hair to get caught in when your straightening your hair which led to my hair being broken during use.Might be good if you have short hair as its less likely to get caught
