While the wood was delivered on a palette, the lorry didn't have a fork-lift to take the palette off so we had to unload all the wood bit by bit and dump it at the front of the house. And then move it all bit by bit to where we wanted it. A mini fork-lift could have just taken the palette and put it where it needed to go.But after that, building the climbing frame wasn't too hard and we and the kids are really pleased with the result. Provided lots of entertainment for them through lock-down while schools were closed.

Everything came in just wood boards so you need some knowledge of building to put this together. My husband and a family friend put this together in two days. It only took 2 days because of busy schedules though, I would say you could put it together in one if you had the whole day free with good weather. The instructions were clear enough to follow. I was a little disappointed that all the extras pictured didn't come with it, but it does say in the pictures they aren't included. We've had this up and built in the garden for 5 months now. It's a good sturdy frame and the wood has kept its shape well. This was a lifesaver with bored kids through lockdown. This company have been fantastic with contact and communication. Great buy!

Took 2 days to assemble but totally worth it. Really well made quality product! Kick board not put up yet! We used the wood which would be behind basket ball to create a more secure platform, ie box in 2 sides rather than 1. Youngest is 3 didn’t want him falling off! We also used the pallet it came on and made the climbing wall double sided. My only complaint is when securing the climbing holds the screws slightly come through the other side, hence why we it made double sided! Our order was 3 days late which was very annoying but the wait was worth it! If you are not handy with tools give this a miss or hire someone who is! 2 full days to assemble concrete in etc and half a day finishing

Read the product description in detail. The product pictures include climbing stones and a basketball ring that are not included. A bit sneaky IMO.

Really pleased with this climbing frame. We had some tradesman put it together over about 1.5 days, so not a quick process, but the end result is exactly what we were after. My kids (4 & 6) have enjoyed playing on it ever since. The customer service from Wickey has been amazing. There was a crack in the slide which we didn't notice when it was delivered (so we didn't think it would be covered) but the company replaced it for free and also sent us a free accessory for the trouble.
