This was recommended by a friend and it’s a great companion for my laptop. It’s sturdy and lightweight and lifts my laptop up making it easier to type on. It also lifts my eye line slightly so I’m not looking down as much. Worth the money.

Native Union’s Fold Laptop Stand arrives in a simple faux leather sleeve and resembles a pair of chopsticks when folded up. The stand is constructed from bead-blasted aluminium with rubber feet on either end. To set it up, you simply pull it open to form an X-shaped structure and fold out two front supports that elevate the device. It is remarkably easy to set up, use, and collapse down once you are finished. It comfortably supports my 13-inch work MacBook Air and my 14-inch personal MacBook Pro, though obviously only one at a time. The rubber feet on each end grip the desk well and hold the laptop securely in place. Unlike bulkier stands, this model raises your laptop to a subtle 15-degree angle, elevating the rear of the machine by roughly 5cm. This is ideal for improving airflow around the base, though it will not raise your screen to eye level as a fully ergonomic desktop stand would. If you prefer typing directly on the laptop keyboard, the angle remains very comfortable, and the stand does not wobble at all while typing, saving you from carrying a separate keyboard. I really enjoyed this laptop stand from native union, it’s a unique design and somehow manages to look like chopsticks until you unfold the stand and it forms a low level laptop stand. The stand folds away very neatly and is perfect for travel and will slip into any bag you take with you. The stand comes in a protective sleeve which stores it perfectly, great if you are mobile and move workstations a lot. The materials feel and look high end and it’s clear to see that native union is a brand that takes quality seriously and likes to be innovative in design. I have other products from the same brand and people regularly comment on them and ask where I got them from. Great design and very happy with the stand.

I slide this stand into my bag every day. It folds flat and adds no weight. The sandstone colour looks smart on my desk. Setting it up takes two seconds. It lifts the back of my computer to a comfortable angle for typing. My neck feels less tired during long work sessions. Rubber pads stop the computer from sliding around. Air flows underneath the laptop so it stays cool. The metal feels strong and holds the weight without bending. It works well and makes working away from home much easier.

Exp3nsive but worth it. Light weight and sturdy. Very easy to carry in the bag. Decent angle. If budget is not an issue go for it.
