As a "newbie" to a halogen oven, and because the instructions in the one I bought gave very little information, i needed to buy a book which would contain that info, and this book does just that. I would recommend this book to anyone new to halogen cooking, or thinking of buying one. Besides all the info about and use of a halogen cooker, there are several colourful recipes which are easy to follow, in general terms this is a brilliant beginners book, and for those are more familiar with halogen cooking too.

My daughter gave her 75 -year old Dad this for Xmas and I find it excellent and easy to use.I bought the cook book off Amazon which helped more. Used in tandem with a microwave it is amazing. For example jacket potato- 4-5 mins microwave and 8 in oven to crisp up with cheese in the slits! Only nuisance are the pop ups one has to endure intruding on the Amazon Site to complete this!

A good Halogen Oven cookbook with nice recipe's and very good Illustrations . The books that come with these ovens are very basic and i feel you would need a book such as this one to get the full benefit of your oven. I would recommend

It was gratifying to get the right book first time, Cooking with halogen is explained simply with good suggestions, and the recipes are not fancy things with expensive ingredients. Just right for a couple of pensioners. I am very pleased with the book.

A good book of information.

This book contains all the every day cooking tips you need. The meals are the ones I would and have cooked and were all very successful - roast beef with potatoes and onions, pot roast tarragon chicken and beef casserole with herby dumplings mmmmm. Haven't tried baking yet because I'm not a pudding fan but once again all seem easy and delicious.

New to Halogen oven cooking I bought books by Sarah Flower, they were quite dull. This is the only book you need to start making and enjoying really tasty and varied food cooked in a halogen oven. The pictures are helpful and the recipes are easy to follow. I have used it almost daily since it arrived!

Very interesting, and easy to understand. The recipes are sensible -- not with loads of unknown ingredients, etc.Would recommend it!

Halogen ovens are a fantastic product, they are fast, better at defrosting than any microwave, great for anything that does not require slow cooking, slow cooking use a crock pot. hash browns with almost no oil, acorn squash, breaded chicken breasts, chicken wings. steamed veggies, it cooks them all perfectly. and with the clear glass base you can see when something is perfectly cooked and ready to serve. does not heat up the kitchen like a regular oven , uses less energy. perfect for a couple or single person who still want to eat well at home. This recipe book is the ideal companion to this great new oven. I have baked biscuits in it, broiled a steak, defrosted a whole chicken in it. Have not used my my microwave since i bought a halogen oven. Steve in Cleveland

Viele gute Tips im Umgang mit dem Grät und viele tolle Rezepte.Das Buch ist zwar auf Englisch, aber wo ist da das Problem. Das meiste ist eh klar und die paar Wörter, die man nicht mehr so genau weiss, die schaut man halt im Wörterbuch nach.

Many recipes that will do you proud. Nice brilliant pictures. Clear step by step instructions. Gave as a gift & recipient had no problem finding a recipes she could use immediately. There are plenty of recipes for "company dinners" or meals you would not ordinarily do every week . But great for planning ahead.
