would these stop bed from moving on laminated floor ?

it depends on what you are doing in the bed!!! I have got them on a chair on a laminated floor and they DO slide.but i use them to stop castor marking the floor.

I have a rise and recline chair which is very hard to move on carpet. Would these help to slide chair on carpet ?

I have 32 cups under my furniture 2 of which are recliner armchairs and they are moved around occasionally. The cups do help when any of the furniture are moved .The cups certainly help moving the heavy recliners when they are moved over the carpet, but the cups do sometimes tilt up and need readjusting. .
