HUGO TV unit Wall unit Living room furniture (White + oak sonoma)

I'm glad of this opportunity to review the HUGO furniture as I dislike the fact that I was duped into buying it and feel the need to make a Formal Complaint to AMAZON.The furniture I received is in no way ideal as it does not look like the furniture which is pictured online. The dimensions are completely incorrect, as a result of which I am still unable to dispense with my old TV unit.It look shabby and insubstantial in my Living Room. It is far smaller in size than the photo indicates. The individual sections are nowhere even large enough to store my collection of Vinyls from the 60s as I had hoped. They are disproportionate in size to each other. The overall width is extremely disappointing.I have recently had major spinal surgery, and, as I am currently disabled, I cannot visit Furniture Shops as I would like. I feel that I have been scammed and would like to be reimbursed for this travesty as soon as possible. I have had frequent hospital appointments since receiving the HUGO furniture hence the slight delay in making this Formal Complaint.Jacqueline Sealey

I actually really like the look of this TV unit. It is exactly the same as the picture, the only problem is its a little complicated to assemble as I found the instructions to be a little vague. It took me and my husband around 4 hours to assemble the whole thing. Specially the long cupboard.

From the second I ordered I had nothing but great service! Company emailed me to say the colour wanted was out off stock and gave me other options, also delivery fee was given which was extremely reasonable. This company was just great from start to finish! The unit is well worth the money, very good standard!

Hugo TV Unit excellent value & good quality, all parts there & everything in excellent condition. 10/10 Only downside was:- No details of what piece of wood goes with what? Would be better if labelled with A B C etc etc

value for money. Used to replace some solid oak furniture in our house going to be rented out.

some of the doors dont close properly, the door under TV open on its own and the big side door doesnt close properly.good price though for the unit.

Very good furniture, just one problem the place where you put your tv is little bit too low but still it is an awesome (almost excellent) furniture!
