Noris 615 4621 Electrical Card Mixer

The media could not be loaded.  I decided to buy this particular shuffler after reading plenty of reviews for this and many others of its type. I was a little cautious due to some of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I finally received and tried it for the first time. It’s robust and well put together.It shuffles a full uno deck (ca 100 cards) really well and quickly (see video)We played a whole night of poker with a standard deck of cards and it only jammed on one occasion which was easily remedied.I think the people having trouble with the unit constantly jamming has much to do with the quality and condition of the cards used. I can see how a dog eared and bent deck would cause problems.The device has two rubber feeder rollers each side and each has a flat spot timed to grab a card from alternating sides. These may require a clean over time with some solvent if the rubber starts to loose its grip.I gave this 4 stars as the unit is a little noisy however and my particular unit required 2xC Type batteries which I don’t typically have in stock at home but overall my family and I are suitably impressed with it.

Brought this to play Uno. Takes time to shuffle cards, has to use less cards otherwise it jams then it gets going but you have to press bottom a few times for it to work and hold it down. Easier to just shuffle with your hands.

We have used this quite a bit in the last 2 days, mainly for Uno. Much better games now that the cards are properly shuffled and the kids do the shuffling and the dealing so they can use the machine.The batteries you will need are size C which is a little less common as everything seems to be run on AA and AAA these days, they also need to be reasonably well charged.The cards will need to be in reasonably good condition without dog ears but looks like a good buy.

Negatives1) it’s all in German (although there is an English bit in the instructions)2) it jammed quite regularly3) you need 2 x C cell batteries which are NOT included and the compartment has to be unscrewed with a tiny screwdriver - so annoying!Positives1) It’s fairly cheap2) when it actually worked, it did a good job! Shuffled the cards without damaging them

Works okay but lags at times. I would pay more and get a professional device if you are targeting to play an efficient poker game.

This one is smaller than our previous one. The grippers are much better so the cards do actually get shuffled. We love playing Uno (I know, I know) and shuffling a double pack manually is a pain. This shuffler takes that pain away so we actually play more and enjoy the game more. It's looks like it should be too cheap to actually work - but it really does work.

Works well unlike previous one purchased and sent back. Does a better job - worth paying a bit more for.

The product is presentable and tidy, but sadly doesn’t operate as described. When you place the cards on either side it constantly stops and jams - which is disappointing as it I always wanted one of these. Sadly, I do not have the enjoyment of using, due to the jamming issue!
