Functional and Affordable
This top case is a decent copy of the name brand one, and so far has held up well. The mounting plate is thick and gives you plenty of options for mounting. It doesn't squeak and is easy to lock, the metal hinges are a plus imho.I wish the top latch could be adjusted, but at least the bottom one is. I'll update this review after a few thousand miles commuting and camping.

Universal fit takes some wort
Took a few modifications to the mounting plate to make it work but that is to be expected. Overall quality is good, especially at that price point

Need a different rack for the PAS.
Had to get the Pazoma rack. Fit after that.Seems to be a decent case for the price. We will see.
