Good quality but always bottom burn...
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Prestige Popular Svachh Stainless Steel Outer Lid Pressure Cooker (2.0 L) and have had a mixed experience with it.Pros:Build Quality: The stainless steel construction feels sturdy and durable. It gives an impression of longevity, which is essential for kitchen appliances.Capacity: The 2.0-liter capacity is perfect for small to medium-sized meals, making it ideal for small families or individuals.Outer Lid Design: The outer lid design is convenient and easy to use. It fits well and ensures a secure seal during cooking.Svachh Feature: The unique Svachh mechanism is a thoughtful addition, aimed at reducing spillage and maintaining a clean kitchen.Cons:Induction Compatibility: While the cooker is advertised as induction compatible, I've encountered a significant issue. Whenever I use it on my induction cooktop, the bottom of the cooker develops black or chocolatey burn patches. This discoloration and potential damage are concerning as they could affect the cooker's performance and longevity.Cleaning: Due to the burn marks, cleaning the bottom of the cooker has become quite a challenge. The marks are stubborn and require considerable effort to remove.Heat Distribution: The burn patches might be indicative of uneven heat distribution when used on induction, which is not ideal for a pressure cooker. Conclusion:The Prestige Popular Svachh Stainless Steel Outer Lid Pressure Cooker has several good features, but the issue with induction cooking is a major drawback. If you primarily use a gas stove, this cooker might work well for you. However, if you rely on an induction cooktop, you might want to consider other options to avoid the inconvenience of burn marks and potential damage to the cooker.

Tall with small base
I am used to alpha plus stainless steel cookers from prestige. Compared to that range, this one seems a bit thinner. I own a 2 L cooker which has a wider base, again from the alpha plus series. Also the finish inside is slightly less smooth. But overall performance is satisfactory. I don't regret buying swach.
