No it does not. You will have to buy it separately.

Q: does this tower come with screws etc ?

It did when I purchased it at least 4 years ago. As far as I know all PC cases come with all the mounting screws. As a retired University system administrator I have been biulding PC's trom parts for over 20 years.

This case is full ATX compatible. The msi amd a68hm-e33-v2 atx motherboard is a micro-ATX mobo, you could probably go down to a smaller case if you wished. If you go for this case, make sure that the PSU you get has long leads. Particularly the processor power lead. It's quite a large case.
