This stuff is so good!! I was skeptical, because I planned on using it in my coffee. I love coffee, and didn’t want it to alter the taste(I drink it black). Then I saw the size of the scoop, and I was pretty sure it was going to be a fail. But I wanted the collagen and the protein. I don’t like traditional, collagen supplements, because they are gooey and clumpy. But this is amazing! It does not alter the taste of my coffee at all. I can smell it, but I can’t taste it. And it dissolves immediately, there are no clumps. There are no globs. After one week I could notice a difference in my joints and my digestion. I will never be without this. And the fact that it perfectly blends with my coffee without altering, the taste is just chef’s kiss!
