Rust-Oleum 320173 Concrete & Garage Floor Paint and Primer, 5 Gallon, Satin Armor Gray

Paint has not pealed a bit after 3mo. I split the paint between this and another Lowes 5 gal bucket. Bought two strainers metal grids that hung on the buckets, two 5 foot extendable poles designed for pain rollers. 2 high quality paint rollers. and 2 quality 3/4 inch knaps. The 5 gal buckets and grids are intended for 12" rollers.My son in law and I finished a 50'X18' front drive with no shade that was previously painted over 15 years ago in about 2.5 hrs with one 10 minute break, had about 1 gal leftover. I pressure washed the drive two days prior.

As advertised.

The coverage was a bit off on site but got good amount done for the spaces I needed to do have ordered a 2 nd 5 gallons. Looke good and when clean good coverage use thick rollers for best results only draw back is thought would be a bit more rubbery but softer to touch does not heat up and does not radiate heat so over all great product.

Beware of this product. I followed all of the pre-cleaning instructions and did not allow any vehicles or even my garden tractor on the paint for 12 days. Very pronounced tire marks were observed the first time we drove on it and continued each time thereafter. They could not be removed by any cleaning detergent. I tried several. After 3 weeks, I re-painted the areas containing the tires marks, a significant portion of the garage floor, waited 5 days, and then applied a clear gloss sealant by another company which was designed for painted garage floors. The sealant required 3 days before autos could park on it but I gave it 9 days. It did not prevent the tire marks. Please note that neither the paint nor the sealant are pealing or wearing at this point. They are just allowing the same pronounced tire marks which are embedded in the paint and cannot be removed by any cleaning detergent. See the photo. The photo was taken after the sealant application but the results are the same as those prior to its application. The sealant is not the cause.

This paint is very easy to apply and coverage is excellent. The coverage for 5 gallons is very close to 1500 sq.ft. when heavily applied. i painted my shop floor (old concrete0 after a good cleaning and then covered it with the plastic chips. The job turned out very nice.
