Buy OEM PARTS ONLY
After properly installing the kit washer is no longer usable. Way worse shaking than with the old ones. As soon as spin cycle starts the washer beats itself off of the dryer and the wall violently and shuts itself off. The install? Super easy and wasn’t bad at all and probably from moving and unhooking washer out to be able to work on it was probably 1/2 hr and back in testing mode. That’s where it takes a turn for the worst. The kit does fit exactly like OEM and installs fast and easy.

Good fit
Put these on a 2020 Maytag washer. They fit perfect and was easy to change out. Made a big difference . No more banging.Update on purchase!Washer worked good for almost two weeks then began shaking bad as before if not worse. Poor quality product as far as I am concerned! Sending back for refund.

Did not fix the problem.
We bought this for our Whirlpool washer that was walking across the laundry room. My husband and son in law replaced the springs with these, followed the directions. Now the washer shakes worse than before and we can hear the tube hitting the sides. Ugh.

My husband said these were easy to work with however our washer needed new barring and we eventually bought a new washer.

Problem fixed and install hint
This fixed the out of balance problemTo aid in installation, use the hooks on the new rods to pull up the hooks on the old rods.Use locking pliers to push the bottom end of the back rods into temporary hold. Use hooks on old rods to pull new rods into place.Slits in the sides of the bottom bracket of some models may allow complete exchange from the top only. Do one rod at the time that way.

This product is garbage waste of money very cheaply made and company is horrible will not ever do business with them again

Washer Suspension Rods
The were in perfect condition and worked perfectly in our WTW5000 washing machine.However, before purchase, if you're here to solve rocking, check ALL of your washer for worn out parts. Turns out these weren't what we needed. But we didn't figure that out until we installed them, and they were perfect.

Easy to replace
It was fairly simple to replace. It was supposed to keep the washer from sounding like it was going to walk across the floor but it didn’t work. Just picked up a new washer so wasted moola on this.
